Add notes to chart boxes
Chart administrator role required
Notes are messages that can be added to chart boxes within your organization charts. They can be used to communicate with other chart administrators, explain changes, and provide detail that is not included in the source data.
Use notes to record why a role moved, flag data gaps, capture planning questions, or leave context for another administrator without changing the public chart content.
Notes should not be used to store permanent employee information.
