TeamOrgChart in Microsoft Teams

Use TeamOrgChart in Microsoft Teams to open, search, and share organization charts without leaving your Teams workflow.

You can pin TeamOrgChart to your Teams app bar for regular access, or add a chart as a tab in a channel, chat, or meeting.

Install from Microsoft Teams

1. In Microsoft Teams, open Apps from the left sidebar.
2. Search for TeamOrgChart+ and open the app listing.
3. Select Add to install the app.
4. After installation, open TeamOrgChart from the Teams app bar.
5. To keep it visible, right-click the TeamOrgChart icon and select Pin.

Add TeamOrgChart to a channel

1. Open the Microsoft Teams channel where you want the chart to appear.
2. Select the add tab button in the channel tab bar.
3. Search for and select TeamOrgChart+.
4. Choose the chart you want to display in the channel.
5. Select Save. The chart will be available as a channel tab.

Before sharing charts in Teams

Users must sign in with their Microsoft 365 work account and have permission to view the selected chart.

If the chart should be available to read-only users, check its chart visibility before adding it to a channel.
