Purchase TeamOrgChart

You can purchase TeamOrgChart from the Account Management page or from our website. Choose the plan that best matches your organization size, then follow the checkout process to activate your subscription.

Manage your payment details

TeamOrgChart uses Verifone to process online payments. To access your payment area, enter either the email address used to purchase your subscription or your original order number.

Verifone will send you a single-use access link, which is valid for one hour.

Delete your account

If you no longer need your TeamOrgChart account, you can delete it from the Account Management page. Before deleting your account, export any charts or reports you want to keep.

Account deletion cannot be undone

When your account is canceled or deleted, all associated TeamOrgChart content will be permanently removed after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
