Custom positions

Indicate different position types, such as an assistant, coordinator or a joint-manager.

Note: Custom positions are preserved between data re-loads. Uploading a new data sheet when using an Excel based chart or when the chart refreshes from Entra ID will not impact the custom positions.

Add a custom position using the context Menu

  1. Place the chart in Edit Mode (CTRL+E).
  2. Open the context menu of the person you wish to define as a custom position.
  3. Select or deselect the position type from the menu.

Add a custom position using the custom positions page

  1. From the Actions menu, select Custom positions.
  2. Create, edit or delete custom positions in the table.
